Display toast notification above bottom navigation as to not cover them up

When I make a change and save a login, the green “Item Saved” notification covers the bottom nav. I’m often switching from Vault view to Tab view after I make a change and always have to click the x to close the notification. Alternate solutions: Faster notification fade out, save confirmation on the save button itself rather than a notification, top-aligned notification, center notification (and quick).
