Desktop version not responding

When opening the desktop Bitwarden has become very, very slow to load. There are occassions when the software hangs up and the message “NOT RESPONDING” appears.

I think we will need more information to help you - can you provide the following please:

  • operating system and version
  • Bitwarden desktop version
  • where your vault is hosted (e.g., Bitwarden cloud vs. self-hosted)
  • if self-hosted, what version of Bitwarden server are you using and server details (type, OS, etc.)
