I can’t believe Bitwarden still does not support custom icons for websites.
After 8 years…. no hope anymore. The direction Bitwarden is going is a bit weird for me (not supporting basic features) but OK. Luckily there are alternatives out there.
Why is this still not a thing? +1 vote from me!
+1 for the feature. Was surprised to notice that the feature was missing after switching from Keepass.
Is there no official feedback, why it hasn’t been implemented yet?
@idix, @ManfredH . Bumping does not help get something implemnted. Instead, spend about 30 minutes reading various topics on the community and then come back here and click the blue vote button at the very top of this topic.
+1 That would be a useful feature.
Clicking the vote button actually doesn’t do anything.
Take This request for example. It was created in March of 2018 and has 668 votes yet Bitwarden refuses to implement it.
As a user, beeing able to use custom icon would allow me to organize more clearly password. It seems not important but bitwarden sometimes download the wrong icon and it makes it super difficult to identify the right password.
For me, I would say that this damage a bit the experience, not beeing able to identify clearly and rapidly the password I am looking for.
Hey @MFKDGAF additional item types are something the team is actively looking at. Feature prioritization pulls from a lot of sources, but community feedback genuinely counts, if you sort by votes you’ll see which requests made it in.
