No, the right-click context menu does not provide for auto-filling of credit cards.
However, you can enable Show cards on Tab page under Settings > Options. Then you will be able to autofill the credit card info in just 2 mouseclicks (left-click the Bitwarden icon at the top of your browser window to open the browser extension, then left-click the credit card that you want to use).
