We recently signed up for the enterprise account for our group. I was wondering if it’s possible to publish a shared list of sites for our tools, but allow users to save them with their own credentials. I’ve done some searching but can’t find a way to do this. We can always just have a spreadsheet with the sites in them that we pass around, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the product
Hey Greg, a lot of teams will keep a Company Tools doc using their their choice of internal documentation etc, but if you’re referring to pre-populating an individual team member’s vault with blank vault items (with name of service + URL) where they can add their own credentials, you can condition a CSV from a vault export for this purpose (remove credentials and unnecessary items)
Access Intelligence is also currently in limited preview, which produces a list of all applications/services referenced in your Bitwarden Vault.
Pre-Populating a vault sounds like it will work. Thanks for the idea!
Sounds good, if it is too much work to ask individual team members to import the doc/data into their individual vault, you could alternatively create individual collections for each team member in the org vault using their name (depending on size of team - and we’re looking at ways to automate this in the near future) and import the dummy data into the specific collection from the admin console.
