CARDS autofill does not work on Bitwarden's Vault page

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my free account to premium. I use Safari with browser extension on Mac OS 10.14.6. I logged in to my vault, go to “Go Premium” and attempted to autofill VISA fields. Oddly, it attempts to puts my security CVV code in Number, Expiration and CVV fields.

I attempted to change my VISA number in the Vault from AAAABBBBCCCCDDDD to AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD and to AAAA BBBB CCCC DDDD, but it did not change anything in behaviour.

Any chance developers can fix this on Bitwarden’s own webpage?
