Card record is also in the No Folder folder

Hi BW Community
Sorry if this has been asked before, but should a Card record also appear in the No Folder folder? If not, would someone kindly tell me how to fix this?

Yes, if a card item has no assigned folder, then it should appear in the “No folder” folder.
