Can't save changes or sync on iOS (BitwardenKit.KeychainServiceError.keyNotFound)

Recently, I’ve been consistently unable to save changes to items in Bitwarden on my phone. I can consistently make the changes on desktop app or browser extension on desktop.

It doesn’t seem to be related to network issues, I’ve encountered it on various different networks.

The error is always BitwardenKit.KeychainServiceError.keyNotFound.

I suspect that it may be related to latest iOS, since that’s the only recent change I can think of.

I updated the app a few days ago, didn’t fix the problem.

I was assuming that sync was still working - hadn’t seen anything to the contrary - until just now I attempted to sync manually - at which point I got the same keyNotFound error.

I couldn’t see this in the bug reports, but wanted to check here before reporting in case it’s a known issue with a fix or workaround. Is it?

@Rosehip First, try to log out – and log in again.

If that doesn’t work, I would escalate it to logging out (again), deinstalling, restarting the phone, reinstalling, logging in again.
