Can't log into desktop app (Windows)

I use my desktop Bitwarden regularly. But today I can’t log in: when I enter my password (which is correct) it does nothing. My email is shown in the upper right corner, and below the password box it said something like “Logged in as __ $1 __ on bitwarden.com.” That didn’t look right, so I tried logging out to start over. It’s been circling for however long it took me to find this forum, create an account, answer the bot’s questions, search the forum, then create this message. I’ve already closed the app and reopened it once. I have no idea what’s wrong. And also, I have no idea if my account is “cloud-default” or “self-hosted.”
