Cannot login to my vault on webpage

Hello,

I am a new Bitwarden user. Yesterday I created my account and downloaded browser extension for Opera. Using extension is easy and without any issues, but I cannot login to my vault on webpage. I am sure I type my master password and email correctly (I use the same credentials logging to browser expansion without any issues).

Other thing is that when I open vault webpage first there are only fields for email and master password and after I click login Captha appears so that I have to retype email and password.

Do you have any suggestions?

Just an idea: Did you only use those special characters for your Master Password that are also offered by the Password Generator ?

About having to type the credentials twice:

  • Make sure that you are on the correct website: https://vault.bitwarden.com
  • Did the capture perhaps fail during the login process ?
  • Do you (have to) use a proxy or VPN ? If “yes”: Any chance to avoid it ? Can you perhaps switch to another network ?

  1. I use word phrase with - as separator.
  2. When I open https://vault.bitwarden.com first I only see fields for e-mail and master password. When I click login Captcha appears, next when I click Captcha and Login I get a message that Login or password is incorrect.
  3. I do not use any Proxy or VPN.
