I cannot login into the IOS APP. SYST says wrong User. I’m in the correct domain EU.

Did you try to deactivate “smart punctuation” on the iOS app / keyboard?
Can you login to the web vault (vault.bitwarden.eu in your case)?
… if you also can’t login to the web vault, then you should check if you really use the right email address (and/or typo?) and if your really use the right master password (and/or typo?)…
Check also with your emergency sheet, if you use the correct credentials.
And can you remember, ever (or recently) changing your email address or master password?
