False alarm, but I will say that Bitwarden could invest a little effort into providing clarity on how confirmation is achieved. I clicked into everything I could find and figured out that additional clicks were required.

I have confirmed that my wife’s Bitwarden account is NOT an admin to any organization. I have sent the invite to the orgnaization, she has accepted it. I went to my email, clicked the confirmation link, but nothing happens. I did read another thread that said it was resolved, that the invited person was already an admin to an organization. This is not the case. Please help.
