Can’t login, an error has occurred

Today from browser is impossible to login
when i try to insert pw compares this error has occurred
from extension and phone is ok

tried chrome, firefox, edge - on macmini m2

contact Bitwarden support and let them know your IP address (can be found at https://whatismyip.com).

This usually happens because someone else has been using your IP address (or an IP address in your IP address block) for malicious purposes.

The easiest way to resolve the error would be to try to change your IP address, using one of the following methods:

  1. If you’re using a VPN or proxy server, the server your traffic is routed through may also be routing requests for malicious actors. Disconnect from the server or try a different one.
  2. If you’re using Tor, the Tor relay your traffic is routed through may also be routing requests for malicious actors. Try using a different Exit Node.
  3. Reboot your router. This may give you a new IP address.

If none of the above methods works for you, then you can contact Bitwarden Customer Support for further assistance. If you do, you must provide the following pieces of information:

  • The IP address you were using, and whether you were using a VPN, proxy server, or Tor.
  • The Bitwarden client you were using (e.g., web vault or desktop app).
  • The UTC timestamp when the error occurred.
  • The error code in the message (e.g., Error Code 7 from your screenshot).
