Can i save several boxes that i enter in data often but not a login?

Im sorry but Im confused by this interface for help, I hope i have dont it right. ??? Reading all the help info doesnt really stop me from being confused.

My question is: I listen to a radio station every month they have a contest. It seems Im always filling out the same data. Name / phone number / age etc. is there a way i have have BW fill this out automatically so i dont have to keep doing it.

Thank you.

@ccm This can be done with creating “Identities”, which are another type of items in Bitwarden (besides e.g. “Login items”).

One simple way to create those on the browser extensions (it’s similar on the other BW apps):

Here some info about autofilling them: Autofill Cards & Identities | Bitwarden

PS: Are you self-hosting your Bitwarden server? (only asking, because you chose server:self-hosted as a tag…)

Well I thought i press the self hosting. So I made a mistake there.

For me and its no critizism accet to myself, i found the screen way too busy to sort it all out. Differing fonts and menus. I found it confusing. But im sure a lot of research has been on on it so its probably on me.

Thanks for the answer. I thought it might be opossibly to do. I will look at what you have posted

Thanks.

I understand – and no problem. But next time, try to use server:default-cloud then.

Ohh I didnt understand, I competely misunderstood. Anytime I see the word server I asume thats NOT me. But it actually is me in this case. I was reversed. I hope I remember.

I thought self hosting ment I do it all myself. oh well thats amusing if not annoying to all you.

Again sorry.

Thats the probelm with us amatures.

thanks.

I’m confused (and you may be, too!). Self-hosting means that you have installed and are running the Bitwarden back-end on your own server, and that when you log in on an Bitwarden app or browser extension, you are logging in to your own server (not to Bitwarden’s cloud servers).
