Bug - Multiple self-hosted accounts

Has anyone experienced the following:

The Bitwarden Windows app removes a self-hosted account when you attempt to login/unlock?

I have two self-hosted servers. In the Bitwarden Windows app, I have added one account from each server. No issues when adding the accounts. I can switch back and forth. However, when it’s time to unlock the second account, it gets completely removed. The account gets removed from the Windows app. This does not happen with the browser add-ons.
