The two currently recommended, fully supported ways of installing Bitwarden Desktop are now snap and flatpak. Some features are currently unavailable, but swift progress is being made to make these the feature complete distribution methods. This allows to better focus resources that have been spread thin between the many distribution formats, especially the ones that require high amount of development work (AppImage) on providing two well supported packages, on-par with Mac and Windows.
