Bitwarden Requires Email 2FA with 2FA Disabled

Hi,

I have a Bitwarden account that’s protected by a UserID and password only. My use case requires that I be able to access this account with no additional credentials or 2FA.

When I tried to login using my Pixel phone in Firefox I had to supply a 8-digit verification code supplied via email. This in spite of the fact that in my settings I specify no 2FA, I’ve never been notified of a functional change that could break my use case, and this is new behavior.

Is this a bug? Is it a new “feature”? Is there a way to disable it? If not I can’t use Bitwarden, and will be forced to find another password manager.
