Bitwarden is unable to detect identity field on kaspersky.com

On the Kaspersky account details page, Bitwarden fails to detect the phone number field for identity suggestions, and the Bitwarden extension is also unable to detect and autofill it.

No, it is a questionnaire that collects standard information that the devs would need to look into the issue.

For example, the first question is “Which Bitwarden auto-fill method did you use?”, and you would answer by checking the first two options.

For the second question (“Page URL”), enter the URL of Kaspersky’s Account Settings form.

In the third question (“What field did not work?”), check the “Other” option and specify “mobile phone number”.

Then select your browser and operating system, and optionally, use the “Any Additional Info?” question at the bottom of the form to provide additional information (e.g., you can try to get the field ID by right-clicking in the phone number input field and selecting the option Bitwarden > Copy custom field name, and then paste the copied identifier into your report).
