For some reason I can’t get bitward extension (I also have the desktop app) to add the login ins to the vault when i am logging in to a new website. I have an macbook, does anyone else experience the same problem?
Hey there, have you disabled your browser’s ability to natively manage credentials? Do you have ask to add login enabled in the extension settings?
Hi again, when i am trying to export chrome passwords to a local file it just loads in chrome and dont actually export the passwords, do you know how to fix it?
Hey there, I haven’t bumped into that one before, it allows me to export successfully in the settings menu. You might want to try quitting and restarting chrome or checking in one of their community spaces.
Can you double-check that you’ve followed all the steps shown in this guide?
