Upon responding to the Windows Hello prompt to unlock the Browser app, the UI continues to show the unlock button, rather than the unlocked app. Step 1, click on the locked BitWarden icon:

Upon entering my PIN, the UI presents the Unlock button, while showing that the Browser app is unlocked.
I expect that the UI would show as follows (which currently requires clicking the Browser BitWarden icon twice to close and reopen the UI) :

That is a known bug and there is already a fix for this ([PM-28513] Fix biometrics unlock when pin is enabled on browser by quexten · Pull Request #17528 · bitwarden/clients · GitHub) on its way. (arriving with one of the next releases)
In the meantime, if it really bothers you, you probably could “fix” it by removing the PIN unlock option from that extension.
