Authenticator app -- Consecutive codes for registration

Enter two consecutive codes from your authenticator app.

During the TOTP registration, AWS requires users to enter two consecutive codes. Would be good to have a little button that skips to the next code so that we could enter both without waiting. Some apps already allow this.
