Associate Identity with TLD

It would be nice to be able to associate a Identity with one or more TLDs.

For instance a user could create an Identity and associate it to .MIL and .GOV TLDs

This can done in the “domain Rule”

I believe you are miss understanding my request. I am looking to have an Identity, and not an account tied to TLDs.
