AppImage application is still broken with blank screen on linux

As advised by your engineers and team, I am using the AppImage application because the rpm package is constantly malfunctioning. It was very practical because it still worked.

Shell 25.9.1
Renderer 114.0.5735.289
Node 18.15.0
x64 architecture

Suddenly again, I have a white screen and an absolutely unusable application.

This is why I’m opening a new thread since the circumstances are different.
At the same time, I opened a thread on the Opensuse forum since it’s strange that the rpm package bitwarden-2023.9.2-1.1.x86_64 and the AppImage don’t work at the same time.

I understand that the AppImage includes all the components it needs to work.

I am asking you for help because I am seriously disadvantaged.

I am sharing the solution that was brought to me on the Opensuse forum by a user who only uses the AppImage.

He speculated that the AppImage shared the same config folder as the rpm application.

The solution is to delete the folder (after making a backup)

/home/USER/.config/Bitwarden/

The hypothesis turns out to be correct since both applications work again.
