✅ Allow to copy text from entry's title

In Bitwarden-Portable-2025.11.1.exe I miss an easy way to select text in the name/title of an entry (marked in yellow) and copy it to windows’ clipboard

Use case examples

send the full name of the entry e.g. via chat, so someone else can easily search it
parts of the title, e.g. if it contains names of hosts or environments. I know that specific fields do exist for them, but as we have “the same” in each environment, already the title shall be descriptive - and maintaining it twice is not what I can convince everybody in the company to do

### Steps To Reproduce 1. Open the Bitwarden browser extension (e.g., Chrome, F…irefox, Edge). 2. Locate an item with a name that includes an important identifier, for example: - **Name**: AWS Account (123412341234) 3. Attempt to click, select, or copy any part of the item name text. 4. Observe that the text is not selectable or copyable. ### Expected Result - The item name (or any part of it) should be selectable and copyable using mouse drag or keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl/Cmd+C). - Users should be able to extract embedded identifiers (like the Tenant ID) easily from the item name. ### Actual Result - The item name appears as non-selectable, static text. - Attempts to click, drag-select, or copy the text fail—nothing is highlighted or copied. ### Screenshots or Videos _No response_ ### Additional Context ### Example Scenario - **Item Name:** AWS Account (123412341234) - **Workflow Impact:** I need to copy the “123412341234” portion from the item name, then manually enter the username and password. Hardly qualifies as “easy”, but one can copy the title when in edit mode.

This work-around may not be available in an organization, for collections with view access only…

@Georg_DE Did you check the latest version 2025.12.1 of the portable desktop app?

In the regular desktop app 2025.12.1, I just checked it – and I can select the item name again:

The bug was fixed in December, and the ability to select and copy item names is now available in version 2025.12.1 (released Jan. 13, 2026).

Closing this as implemented.

Thank you for pointing out - the screen recording in PM 17693 made me think it was only fixed in mobile & web, not desktop, so I did not even try I just updated desktop app and can confirm selecting & copying title content is possible Thank you! Can be closed.
