Allow the Command-Line Interface (CLI) to act as an SSH Agent

Implement ssh-agent Protocol

I would also like to see ssh better supported. SSH would be a Type (i.e. Domain). The cli tool would take a command that would register via ssh-add.

Most of the earlier request has been implemented.
I want to make sure the CLI version is not forgotten.
