Another possible solution… go to a department or grocery store and purchase a visa gift card (perhaps with cash). Then, use that to pay your online bills, including Bitwarden.

I would suggest contacting Customer Support. My understanding is that some of the payment processing for bitcoin payments is done manually, so they may be able to fix this for you.
