Would like to be able to at the very least create and delete collections from the CLI. Even better would be to be able to administer collections, users, and groups from the CLI. Right how items can be shared into existing collections and I believe the collections an item is in can be edited, but the collections themselves cannot be modified in any way through the CLI.
