when i login to a new site (username/password) the PC browser extension added the credential to the vault but i don t see it when i try to login from my ios device …

It sounds like your iOS device may not have synced with your vault, for some reason. Can you check your vault contents on the iOS device to be sure? If not, you can manually sync at any time to ensure the credentials are transferred to your other device.
