Add context menu option to autofill TOTP/verification codes

I have that problem a lot.
Try this. When you’re in the window, click the BW extension in the top right corner. Then simply click the TOTP field again. Does the menu open?

On some Sites inline-menu only after click on Bitwarden Extension

Hi, I’ve experienced this behavior several times now. There’s no Bitwarden icon or inline menu popup in a field. If I click the Bitwarden extension at the top and then click again in the field, the icon and inline menu are displayed. Is this normal behavior? Greetings
