Add a global hotkey to pop the BitWarden window

It would be great if a global hotkey could be configured to show bitwarden and default to the search box for quick entry. Even better if this can pop from the menu bar icon if the window is closed, kind of like a system-wide implementation of the browser plugin.

I tried to create a workaround myself by using BetterTouchTool on macOS but something about the Bitwarden window (electron?) means it doesn’t respond to the show/hide command so it doesn’t work.

+1 having the same problem. I recently switched from 1password to bitwarden and being positively impressed by the project state. But having no global shortcut to bring up the password manager in the OS (not in the browser) is breaking some workflows. Would love to see this feature.
