Bitwarden has 4 different types of items, but no way of disabling ones that shouldn’t used. Specifically, card types should have the ability to be disabled in an organization. Companies following PCI can’t store credit card information anywhere. Having this type is way to inviting for a user to think it’s okay to store a credit card.
Seems a very old but still very sensible feature request!
Until I can use additional templates/types or edit predefined dropdown lists I cannot use the “Identity” type for example, so would be create to be able to hide it

Noticed in my bitwarden apps, specifically the updated iOS app, that SSH key is added as a vault type. I never will use this vault type, therefore I propose a way to either manually hide vault types that are empty (0) or be it dynamically (if an item doesn’t exist for a specific vault type then don’t show it). Same for the others, maybe there are users out there that don’t use secure notes or cards etc.
Reason: this is just an extra line item in the vault view when viewing on mobile app or browser extension.
