2FA broken after updating self-hosted environment

I updated my server last night, this morning I tried to login and 2FA (authy) is broken.

Server Installed 1.30.1
Server Latest 1.30.1
Web Installed 2.10.0
Web Latest 2.10.0

It kept saying my 2FA token is invalid. I was able to recover using the recovery code and when I try to re-enable 2FA again, after scanning the QR code I type in the 6-digit code and it comes back invalid token code.

Anyone else had this?

I’d appreciate some help with this. Thanks.

The problem is fixed. The time on the bitwarden host was off by 50 seconds.

I had a problem with NTP, I reconfigured it made sure time is in sync and now its working again.
