Is there one of those in Bitwarden that I will need to empty from time to time or when i delete it’s completely gone.

This still does not exists today, but a Feature Request is opened here: http://community.bitwarden.com/t/soft-delete-items-to-trash/

Vote there if you want it to be implemented.
