Agreed! Perhaps we need an umbrella feature request: support for biometric logins on Windows.

Currently, Bitwarden does not support any Windows biometric authentication. Three threads are up now:

To ease such improvements to be added easily, it could help to change the fondations of Bitwarden. Look at this : Right now, every Bitwarden 's apps and extensions are working alone. Hi: I understand there is a difficulty to support windows hello (Windows Hello - UWP applications | Microsoft Learn) with the desktop app. Is there any possibility that you guys will look into the solution of integrating windows hello with your app? I see you guys are investigating the desktop bridge (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/bridges/desktop), maybe desktop bridge app can use windows hello API?
